Op Shop
4Life Care & Training runs an Op Shop. We have a large range of clothes, shoes, baby items and other goods.
All are welcome, drop in and visit!
Food Parcels
4Life Care Food Connexion provides assistance to low income families, in the Hastings / Macleay area, who are feeling the financial pressures of day-to-day living. Providing nutritious food parcels helps put food on the table for many families.
To access 4Life Care Food Connexion you will be required:-
- To hold a Centrelink Card – Age Pension, Jobseeker, Disability, etc
- To complete an Application Form
- $10 annually will entitle you to hold a Food Connexion Client Card – This will give you access to our Community Pantry where you will also receive free bread, fruit and vegies for a Gold coin donation
- To obtain an emergency food parcel on your first visit you must have a Referral from a community service
- Due to the high demand on our service we are able to provide each family with one emergency food parcel per year
Community Pantry
Not on a Centrelink payment but struggling with the cost of living?
- $20 annually will entitle you to hold a Food Connexion Client Care
- This will give you access to our Community Pantry where you will receive free bread, fruit and vegies for a Gold coin donation
- You will also be entitled to one emergency parcel per year after your first food package purchase
Food Deliveries
4Life Care offers a delivery service which operates within Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Laurieton, Lake Cathie & Kempsey. This can be arranged through our Port Macquarie outlet.
All delivery services have an allocated cost which can be found below.
Port Deliveries
By arrangement – please phone 6584 2951 between 9.30am and 3pm Tuesday to Friday.
– Delivery cost $5.00.
Wauchope Deliveries
By arrangement – please phone 6584 2951 between 9.30am and 3pm Tuesday to Friday.
– Delivery cost $10.00.
Kempsey Deliveries
By arrangement on a Monday or Wednesday. Either order on-line through our web site or by phone 6584 2951.
Orders need to placed by 10am Friday for Monday pick-up, by 10am Tuesday for Wednesday pick-up.
– Delivery cost $5.00.
Laurieton / Lake Cathie Deliveries
By arrangement – Please phone 6584 2951 between 9.30am and 3pm Tuesday to Friday.
– Delivery cost $10.00.
